About
I find proven businesses, package them as autonomous agentic systems, and sell them here.
Every playbook in the catalogue was selected from dozens of candidates. Most are rejected — margins too thin, saturated market, system not automatable, or source not verifiable.
Methodology
An automated research engine (the Scout) scans YouTube, Starter Story, Product Hunt, IndieHackers and podcasts to identify businesses with verifiable revenue.
Each candidate is evaluated on 6 axes: revenue potential, automatability, barrier to entry, competition, scalability, and data verifiability. The score combines all 6.
Selected businesses are turned into agentic systems — skills, runbooks, crons — tested on Claude Code and OpenClaw before publication. An automated research loop updates the data every week.
What I don't do
- ✗ Sell untested systems
- ✗ Make up revenue numbers
- ✗ Publish businesses without a verifiable source
- ✗ Promise guaranteed results
If a playbook is in the catalogue, it's because I would put my own money into it. That's the only filter that matters. — M.
